Job Description: Cafferty Group is currently looking to start a Security Sales Manager who will report directly to Managing Director. The Security Manager will take responsibility for the development of new business opportunities. The role will require direct engagement with potential clients throughout the contract tender process. This is a brilliant role which will encompass the responsibility for overseeing our current operation and also actively seeking to grow the business through targeted prospecting and sales.
The successful candidate will have prior experience as an Security Manager within the security industry and have the attributes, drive and determination to focus and visualise on increasing our customer base. This means that you will also have sales/business development experience and will be able to actively seek new business through prospecting and tendering for new clients.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Identify and lead engagement with potential clients, building strong relationships.Identify new service line entry opportunities.Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with key clients in order to identify and realise business growth opportunities.Undertake an integral role in defining the corporate development strategy and developing key business objectives to support this.Responsible for compliance with SIA.Skills Required-
